Gobble Gobble!

Riley has definitely hit the 'mommy' stage! Below is a video of her wrapping up the turkey Aunt Brenda and Uncle James got her. Sooooo cute! She did it over and over and over again!! This was all I happened to get on video though! :)

Trick or Treat!!!

Tonight we went to our Church's fall festival and Riley won the Cutest Costume award!! She was very excited, especially about the fact that she got a glow stick necklace :) Below is a video of her 'moo-ing' on the way home from going to see Tad and Brian. She would not moo the entire night until we were on our way home!

Little Gymnast!

Last night Riley decided to entertain us during the Ranger game by doing somersaults! I had no idea she could even do them on her own so this was very exciting!! In the video she is kinda of flipping to the side but she can actually do it straight haha.

Roo at the Zoo!!

Today we went to the Dallas Zoo with our friends Leah and Grace Beard! The girls had soooo much fun! We got to see the elephants and giraffes up close and Riley got to roar at the lions :) I am posting more pictures under the pictures tab!!! Click on the photos to enlarge them.

Go Warriors Go!

2 weeks ago we took Riley to another football game! I forgot about posting this video of her cheering!!! She is definitely one in the making! :)

Riley's First Fair!!!

Well last Thursday was Riley's first experience at the fair! She absolutely LOVED it!!! She even road the little rollar coaster all by herself!! She was such a big girl! She also got to pet the goats :) Below is a video of her riding the carousel. Brian Eaves took some great pictures so hopefully I will be able to put them on here soon!

Booster Rooster!

Riley has now moved to a booster seat! We decided that since she can successfully climb into her high-chair it was about time. She is ecstatic about it!! As soon as she got home from daycare today she was demanding that we put the seat in the chair so that she could eat. She also likes to take it into the living room to sit on (mommy.... not so much)    :)

Lion King and First Carousel Ride Kinda Day

Well Friday was a VERY eventful day to say the least.. At least for Riley! Me and mom took Riley to go see the lion king in theaters. She loooooves lions so we thought this would be great. Key word 'thought'. Well she loved about the first few minutes... She was roaring at the lions and doing her happy dance. It was so cute! But alas, all good things must come an end. She then began crying and being squirmy, so much that we had to leave the theater :( she has about 3 teeth coming in right now so she hasn't been in a very good mood, but I guess it was a good try anyways! Pictures of Riley and Simba are under the pictures tab! Second story of the day.... We had to pick up Matthew from the airport late that afternoon so after we left the theater we went to the mall to waste time. We were coming up to the foot court, where the Carousel is and Riley begins screaming and kicking her feet up and down pointing at the horses. Luckily they were happy
screams :) we could not get her out of the stroler fast enough! She LOVED it. When the ride stopped she was very...VERY upset. I have a video of her but for some reason it wont upload right now.. I will try to get in on later.  All in all... it was an interesting day with a teething Riley. :)

3 Little Words

So for the first real post!..... At the beginning of this week Riley learned to say "I Love You". And boy was she excited! Now she says it all the time! This week it has been used ALOT... right under "Thank You", because Riley apparently thinks that saying "Thank You" goes for giving and not just receiving :). As most of you know, this week Matthew has been in Rome (Yes I am totally a jealous little sister right now!) and so this video is especially for him! Enjoy!! :)

Hey yall! I know I have a facebook and all that to keep in touch with most of yall, but its kind of a pain to post everything that I would like to about Riley on there! Soo I am going to keep all the exciting info here on this blog! It is really hard to keep in touch with everyone to let them know if something new happens so hopefully this will help!
